Last updated 13 October 2026. These terms are between Kliqvo Private Limited and the agency that creates a Kliqvo account.
You may use Kliqvo to manage marketing work for yourself and your clients. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password and authenticator safe, and for what your team does in your workspace. You must have the right to connect the social accounts, ad accounts and client information you add.
You keep ownership of what you add. You give Kliqvo permission to store and process it to run the service. You are responsible for having your clients' consent where the law requires it, including for messaging them on WhatsApp and email.
Features that use Instagram, Facebook, Meta Ads, Google, WhatsApp or other platforms depend on those platforms' rules and availability. Their rules apply to what you post and send. If a platform changes or removes access, a feature may stop working. We aren't responsible for actions the platforms take on your accounts.
Paid plans renew each month or year until cancelled. Prices in rupees include GST where it applies. You can cancel in Settings, Billing and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. A failed payment can lead to suspension after a grace period. Refunds and cancellation are described in our refund and cancellation policy.
Do not use Kliqvo to send spam, post unlawful or misleading content, infringe others' rights, probe or disrupt the service, or share access with people outside your agency. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
AI suggestions can be wrong. Check captions, replies and numbers before you publish or send them to clients. AI use is limited by your plan's monthly credits.
We work to keep Kliqvo running but don't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Kliqvo Private Limited's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes. Questions: support@kliqvo.com. These terms are governed by Indian law, with courts in Hyderabad.
