Kliqvo is software that marketing agencies use to plan content, report results and manage leads for their clients. When an agency uses Kliqvo, the agency decides what data goes in and why. Kliqvo processes that data on the agency's behalf. For our own website and for agency accounts, Kliqvo decides how data is used.
We use Meta data only to provide the features the agency asked for: showing results, scheduling and publishing posts, showing comments and messages in one inbox so the agency can reply, importing leads into the CRM, and building reports. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising to other people, or use it to train AI models. Where AI features are used, only the text needed for that task is sent to our AI provider, and it is not used to train their models.
We use Google data only to provide the features the agency asked for: showing a client's search performance, showing and replying to reviews, showing ad results, and uploading videos the agency chooses. Kliqvo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or let people read it except where the agency asks for support or the law requires it. We do not use it to train AI models.
We use service providers to run Kliqvo: hosting and database, file storage, email and WhatsApp delivery, payments (Razorpay) and AI (Anthropic). They process data only to provide their service to us. We share data when the law requires it.
Workspace data is kept while the agency's account is active. If an agency cancels, data is kept for 30 days so it can be exported or restored, then deleted. Access tokens for connected accounts are encrypted and deleted when the account is disconnected.
Agencies can disconnect any account in Settings, Integrations, which stops syncing and removes the stored access tokens. Anyone can ask to see, correct or delete data about them. To delete data that came from Facebook or Instagram, see our data deletion page. You can also remove Kliqvo at any time from your Facebook or Instagram settings under Apps and websites.
Data is encrypted in transit. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Sessions are protected, sign-in attempts are rate limited, and super admin access needs two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected agencies if there is a breach that affects them.
We use only the cookies that keep you signed in and protect your session. They are not used for advertising, and we do not run advertising trackers on Kliqvo.
You can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, or delete it, and to withdraw consent you gave us. We respond to verified requests. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India once it is operating.
We may update this policy. If a change matters to how we use your data, we will tell agencies by email before it applies.
